Terms & Conditions – CO3 Tables

Custom Orders

All CO3 tables are made to order and customized according to the client’s selection of size, marble, and base design.

​

Production Time

Production time is approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.

​

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics. CO3 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

​

Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients must inspect the table upon delivery. Any damage caused during transportation must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos.

​

No Returns or Exchanges

Because all tables are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered, unless it arrives damaged during transport.

​

Natural Materials

Our tables are made from natural marble. Variations in color, veining, and texture are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

​

Care & Responsibility

CO3 is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, accidents, or lack of proper care.

​

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

​

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
